Deborah Pascoe has partnered with Cheetham Salt since 2015 in the areas of organisational development, strategic planning, leadership coaching and leadership effectiveness. Deborah has worked with all levels of leaders; from our Executive Team at strategic retreats, to our front line leaders at our major manufacturing site.
Since 2018, our senior leaders from across three countries have attended an annual leaders' forum, designed and delivered by Deborah's team, where the strategic intent of these forums is to empower leaders and to leverage the scale of group. Due to COVID in 2020, the forum shifted to an online event and the way Deborah designed and delivered content via Zoom, was truly inspirational. She has an understanding of business dynamics and leadership styles which means she is able to better diagnose issues and create effective programs. Her facilitation skills are extraordinary and she is able to give voice to all types of leaders.
Deborah and her team were instrumental in developing and aligning the Group values, as well as helping us to articulate a common purpose, across these businesses. Along with a clear and solid strategy, this work has had a significant impact on the alignment and engagement of our employees, and our success as an organisation overall.

Deborah and her team stay at the forefront of organisational and leadership development through an impressive network of global collaborators. We have seen the benefit of this in the last 12 months with regard to the use of Lectical assessments in the placement and development of senior leaders.
